I've always been told to start boxing because of my natural size and strength, I attended MMA lessons which I excelled in, and I know believe it is the right time for me to begin my boxing career, thank you in advance

  2. i think you should begin boxing if you are sort of a phenom. lift weights though so you keep ur strength

  3. If you want to do it, go for it.

  4. Get some good boxing training books from a bookstore, and get in the best possible physical condition (boxing condition) find someone to train you seriously at a good gym and get started in an amateur status.  Good luck to you.

  5. yeah try feather weight

  6. find yourself a good boxing gym and try it out for yourself.

just keep in mind that in boxing, your arsenal is limited and you have to be careful not to use your leg or knee on an opponent.

several martial artists have done well in boxing like khaosai & khaokar galaxy and  troy dorsey, and others like pele reed did alright at national level.

your trainers will advise you on muscle mass and nutritian

    best of luck mate.
