  1. I know someone who was also fired for being accused of stealing money.  He even had to pay back half of what they accused him of or they were going to press charges and put him in jail.  They didn't have any definite proof but it all happened on shifts that he worked.  It's a bunch of bull but it happens.  Just find a better job somewhere else.

  2. If your drawer was short then your screwed.

Second, if this in california, the break issue will have no legal binding affect on this employer (court of appeals has already ruled against you on that accord.)

    Find a better job, bro.

  3. You might have an EEOC lawsuit for discrimination based on sexual gender, but it will be your word against his and hard to win.

Otherwise, you can be fired for no reason at all, or any reason the boss feels like giving you, except one of the five protected discrimination classes.

  4. Yes you could.  File an unfair labor practice claim.

  5. hopefully you will find someone better..

  6. Just forget about it and go get a better job somewhere else.

So how long did you work there 3 months, and you get min wage, so you gonna sue for $300 bucks, well it will take 6-24 months, and the lawyer will get most of your settlement.
