Can I Tag or Re-Tag mp3 files in iTunes? ?

Question

Failing that, is there a good, simple (preferably free!) mp3 file tagging program around?

If It's in iTunes then I can't Find it. I've tried Musicmatch (which I had anyway) and that seems variable - some tag some don't.

easy select the file.. then chose get info and alter the tags  via the user interface including graphics file.
