By right before, I mean like a minute before working out.

  2. yea man definitily like uve been telling me before u were telling me i drink it with water and have a banana before after i have a protein bar and milk i have it 30mins-1hr before though w/ my multivitimin and did u know B vitimins metabalize protein faster..i just found this out so i think im gonna take my whey after my workout for now on...just thought id let u know..but yea it helps it gives me more of a "pump" u know what i mean have the whey with water and a banana it's a great way plus i usually do it right when i get up im about to workout now :) 15more minutes! chest and triceps babyyy :p..hope ive helped

  3. Why not? When I was doing my workouts, I would drink half of my whey protein drink (with PB) and then the rest right after. I was also sipping on water throughout the workout. I didn't get sick.

  4. It's better to sip it during your workout...

  5. Take it after.  For some people it takes a little longer to digest proteins.  You might get an upset tummy.
