  1. NO, NO, NO.  Do not run if there is no water flow.  As the others have stated you will burn the engine(s) up, and QUICKLY.  This is NOT covered under "warranty" if you do.

    Any Jet Boat, JetSki, PWC is same.

    You can purchase the CORRECT attachments from local boat dealers.  I am not sure about the WalMart attachment as suggested.


  2. Muffs won't work on a Jet Boat.

  3. No.  You need a set of "muffs".  The muffs fit over the water intake on the transom, like a set of ear muffs.  You hook a water hose up to the muffs.  Very simple.  You can purchase a set of muffs at Wal-Mart for less than $10.00.

  4. you can but I wouldn't the water cools the motor you could blow it
