Can I add a link to the menu in Yahoo Groups?

A couple years ago I moderated several Yahoo Groups and I seem to remember being able to customize the menu quite a bit. I thought I remembered putting a link in the menu and changing the order of the menu options. I'm trying to do this with a new group that I am the owner of and I can't figure it out. Am I remembering this wrong, is it still possible? Thanks.
