I have a heap of members in my teams and they are slack in getting the subscription so I need to add them myself.

  1. you can add them but you'd need their permission, and adding them will only make them e-mail members; they wont be able to access group features like files, links and so on.

if your group is not closed/ invite only, send them a private e-mail with the direct link to the group- some servers block invites as spam and they may not have even gotten them.

  2. If you have their permission, you can send an invite to the members, where they have a choice to accept or not.

If you are just transferring members from a group to new, and have their permission, you can directly add the members to your group.

If they have yahoo email address, they can access the group homepage, else, they can not.

    HTH.

  3. if you invite your members , they will subscribe your invite letter or if they want to join themselves , you will accept them.

  4. Sure click on invite, left side of cover page  scroll down to the bottom of the next page and click on   add members from  existing mail list and follow the prompts.
