Can I add one yahoo group to other yahoogroup?

I have more than one group and i wand to add the members of one group to another . can i add the group itself to the new group

You can't simply merge groups, but you can ADD members directly to one group from the other--and not have to go through the whole "invitation" process.  

Go to the main menu page and click on INVITE

At the bottom of the INVITE page click on ADD MEMBERS from an existing email list.

You just type the email addresses of those people who you'd like to add (10 per day maximum are allowed). It's cumbersome, but it'll work.  It'll only take 10 days to add 100 people ((polite smurk)).

no you cant, nor can you add members from one group to another without those members permission.

As crazy_mom said, you can't do that.  Your best option is to send Invites to the members of the one Group, inviting them to the other Group.  Do this by clicking Invite on the left-hand side of your other Group's web page.
