I am 19 and am haveing problems conceiving a child of my own and have been told by many doctors that there is a great chance that I am infertile. My husband is 27, and we are both ready for children. Am I too young to adopt? What is the process for adoption, and how much can I expect it to cost me?

  1. mabie but wait till u aint got no problems'

  2. In most states the law says 21 but your husband can!!!!

  3. Legally, you can adopt at 18 in most states, if not all.  However, in practice, unless you are adopting a family member, a stepchild or the child of a very close friend, rarely will the judge approve it if one of the couple is under 21.

  4. Personally, you should wait at least another year or two. But thats just me! If you know you and your beloved are ready, then go for it! i want to adopt when i am ready, too. but yes. I would deff. suggest trying for a bit longer. Adopting would be awesome, but wouldn't it just be even more awesome to have one of your own? Don't give up hope just yet! Good Luck!

  5. why are u married to a person thats 8 years older than you and why are u already trying to have a kid.
