Can I afford a 1 night stay at Disneyworld ?

Question

I want to take my 2 year old to Disney (preferably Magic Kingdom). We live in South Florida and plan on renting a car to make the trip to Orlando. We want a hotel for the evening and then a ticket that will get us into Magic Kingdom for the day. After this, we plan on returning home. (It IS possible we may stay an additional night and leave the next morning).

I am not experienced with the Disney layout. One of my friends who went there said it's possible to get a hotel room for $29 but you must 'endure' a lecture on timeshares.

Any advice and feedback is appreciated.

i think the lowest amount would be about 42 $ a night and that is a campsite thing so for more info you should try to go to disney .com to get more results and the lecture is going to make you want to buy and you should want to be aware

Go to laterooms.com they have great bargains. Don't waste your precious time in a timeshare lecture your only there for a short time and this will take up a huge chunk of it making it not worth going to disney at all.

to stay at a Disneyworld resort, the cheapest are the value resorts - depending on the time of year they can be under $100 a night.  They're fun and you get full access to the WDW transportation system.

if you stay "off property" you can get cheaper rooms, but they're a lot further away and you'd have to get yourself to & from the park unless they have a WDW shuttle, but they don't run very ofter.

well im not sure but you can go to HOTELS.COM or travelocity.com they offer really good deals

Disney also runs alot of good Florida residence deals

Do not do a lecture on a timeshare. These take up way more time than they say they will. Most of your day will be wasted. I only heard bad about these.
