Can I alter the number of postage options for paypal?

I use paypal to sell things on my site. I've just toally overhauled the postage system and I want it so that orders less than £5 cost £1.10, orders between £5 and £10 cost £1.50 and orders over £10 cost £3. Problem is, in the "paypal postage calculations" bit it seems to insist I have 5 options for flat amount postage. Any way to change this down to 3?

I would definitely think this is something you could change the options on.  I would try it again, and if all else fails, I would get them on the phone in which a live person can get it straightened out for you.  This is the number I have used to contact them before 1 - 888- 221-1161
