  1. Visit wave site      "support.greencardsupport.org"   for help.

  2. you have to accomplish the 5 years wait period in order to be able to apply,

    Eligibility for naturalization

    To become a naturalized United States citizen, one must be at least eighteen years of age at the time of filing, a legal permanent resident of the United States, and have had a status of a legal permanent resident in the United States for five years less 90 days

  3. According to the immigration website you need to be here 5 years before you can submit your N-400 application and pay $595 for processing.  Currently the processing takes about 6 months.

  4. The relevant information from USCIS is given in the link below.

    Basically:

    1. - Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

    2. - An applicant must have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence.

    3. - An applicant is eligible to file if, immediately preceding the filing of the application, he or she:

    - - - - has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence (see preceding section).

    - - - - has resided continuously as a lawful permanent resident in the U.S. for at least 5 years prior to filing with no single absence from the United States of more than one year;

    has been physically present in the United States for at least 30 months out of the previous five years (absences of more than six months but less than one year shall disrupt the applicant's continuity of residence unless the applicant can establish that he or she did not abandon his or her residence during such period).

    - - - - has resided within a state or district for at least three months.

    4. - has not committed any crimes during the statutory period.

    Exceptions to the five-year minimum ruling are immigrants married to US citizens (the minimum becomes three years), or Armed Forces expedites (where the minimum becomes one year).

    Assuming you're not married to a US citizen and you've been in the country for 48 months, you've got another 9 months before you can submit your application ... and then a wait of at least 6 months for the government to process your petition and - hopefully - move forward on your path to citizenship.
