Can I apply for an interstate license when disqualified?

Question

I hold a foreign international drivers license and was suspended for 2 yrs in QLD.

I am moving to WA, can I apply for a WA license when I get there or it won't be possible because of my suspension in QLD?

Int'l licence is of no consequence. If you hadn't already surrendered your licence in Qld ie your suspension hadn't started yet, you could have obtained a WA licence, however you can't now.
