Can I apply neutrogena lotion after honey facial mask?

Should I use my cleanser before the mask? or should i wash my face with warm water? and Is it ok for me to apply the lotion after the mask?

This is my first time using honey facial mask! so i don't know how it works! How do you apply it? Any suggestions?

Rinse your face with warm water then apply the mask.  Lotion after is perfect definately.  The mask should tighten your skin and then the lotion will add moisture
