Please get a patent attorney...look on line or in the phone book dont release your idea to anyone until you do this...

You would definitely want to patent it before you give your idea away.

be sure to get a patent on it so they can't steal your idea without paying you for it. If it's patented then they have to pay you if they use it or you can sue them.

Nope. Most if not all companies don't read over any submitted ideas and won't give you anything if they use it. Only way they will is if it's a really small business. But they won't pay you unless you actually copyright or patent your idea and then sell it to them.
