Question:

Can I ask for community service rather than pay the fine?

I'm 13 years old , and this is the first time I've dealt with the police. I got caught tresspassing , and I have to go to court in 2 days.

I don't have a lot of money on me right now , I'm too young for a job , and I don't want my parents to have to pay such a big fine. So can I ask for community service instead?

If I can actually ask for community service , how would I ask for it , and at what moment?

If anyone actually answers this question , thank you soo much. <3 (:

  1. Make the Mason in distress signal

  2. You probbably will get community service....

the desision on if you will pay or do service depends on the owner of the land your tresspassed

  3. i dnt know much about court but im sure that the judge is goin to talk to you and it would hav helped if i had of known the circumstances like were u brakeing in to some place or were u just walkin thru but yes you can ask for it and you hav nothing to lose by doin it so when u hav anymoment ask and then the judge is goin to want to know why and you should say something like i dont want my parents punished for something i hav done

  4. The judge will ask you if you have anything to say. That's when you ask him.

    Good luck.
