  1. Yes, you can bake both of the lasagnas at once.  Just like you can bake 2 trays of cookies at once, etc.

Check the size of your lasagna pans in your oven before you fill them or turn on the oven.  If they can both fit on the middle rack with a little space between them and the walls of the oven, that's best.  If not, adjust your oven racks so that they're as close to middle as possible with your casserole dishes on each rack.

It doesn't matter whether your using the preboiled lasagna noodles or not.  You can still bake both at one time.

    Enjoy your lasagna!

  3. Of course!  By the time you get them in the oven, you aren't actually 'cooking' anything (it's already been cooked on the stove) you are simply melding everything together.  Make 4, freeze 2!

  4. I do this quite often.  Actually I bake mine in 9" square pyrex baking dishes.  I do two or three at a time.  I serve one and freeze two.

Tip: Line the pyrex dishes with foil.  Freeze when cool. Run a little cold water over the bottom of the dish.  Pop out the foil and lazagna.  Put it in a gallon freezer bag and you've got three great meals on those nights when you can't face cooking.

  5. wow so this is how dumb people think. if your oven is big enough... i guess its ok
