  3. Well, chess does require some basic skills and thinking abilities. It's a combo of skill and practice. How much you have of one depends on the necessity of the other, but they are both necessary. So try to play others better than you and learn from them. Good Luck!

    1-buy a good training chess prog like "chess master" grandmaster edition

    2-Study its course (what U put in is what U get out from chess study)

    I was a 1600 elo player ,now after this I went up to 2300 in about 1 year of hard training.

Yu hav playd a lot of chess.Its time you gained confidence in yourself and start challenging people around you.That doesn't mean people in your society though!!play in various chess tournaments also.I hope you also like to play Anti-Chess.Even that helps alot.Boosts up your thinking and gives you a new perspective.

    you have spend a lot of time in playing chess . So according to me you should now play for challenges or tounaments at any level .By doing this you can understand your strengthand can inprove more.

Yes, you can become as good at chess as you want to become, but it takes lots of practice.  The best way to become better at chess is to play against players who are better than you, and so you will always be learning.  You do not necessarily play to win then, but you play to learn.  Best of luck.
