Can I be admitted in Cambridge with these grades?

I am from Spain (Europe) and I have these grades:

In my GSCE I have 3 A*s and 6 As

In my AS levels I have 4 As

My predicted A-Levels are AAAA (I'm taking Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Maths)

I am fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English and French.

I'm already working on my statement.

I would like to study Natural Sciences in Cambridge (MSci in Biochemistry). What do you think?

Would you recommend me another good universities?

You should get in.

Yes, almost definitely.

But for Cambridge you quite often have to go for interview (sometime in December) as well so be prepared for that too.
