Can I be an IT professional even without a 4 year CS degree?

I'm not technical, but I'm 100% sure you may be one of them, since this is not about 4 year degree man, I mean this is a kind being gifted or not situation... I know this very well..

It will be hard for you to find a job without a degree. There is too much competition out there for employers to hire someone without a degree.

Yes BCA with some SAP certification ,etc are earning good salary from their it job.

You can but it would be hard finding a job without either a qualification or experience. Try to find an entry level job to get some experience and work your way up.
