Can I be be completely free from windows parental controls on vista if i use mozilla firefox 3?

will I still ahve annoying popups, or does it not work with it?

If the parental controls where set up in IE then you should be free. But if it was setup in Vista, then in general it would apply too everything. But feel free too try its free.

I'm not very familiar with Vista. I own a Mac with Leopard and Windows XP installed.
