Can I be eligible for IITJEE 2009 if I am able to make my aggregate % over 60 by giving CBSE improvement exam?

I got 59% in CBSE 12th 2008 & and I secured 20200 rank in AIEEE.I knew that this rank could have got me pretty decent colleges but I have always wanted to clear JEE. Please help me by giving all the information about CBSE improvement exm(forms,procedure,mark sheet allocation etc.) Will this exam'n increase my overall percentage?will the date mentioned in the marksheet will be 2009(i.e passed in 2009)? and will IIT JEE accept those marks?Plz Help!

Yes, you are eligible if you can score 60% in CBSE improvement exam.

I would suggest to take admission if you already getting in engineering. This way you can save at least a year.
