Can I be excuse from jury duty?

I was wondering, can I postpone my jury service because of school? I did it once before because of a test I had and now they sent me another second jury summons; but I also have another important test on that day. So can I postpone again? Do I have to call? Because they wont let me do it online again. thank you

Yeah you can probably be excused but you just have to follow the directions that came with the summons.

Personally... I would rather serve jury duty then goto school for a test any day. What sucks is when you are called for jury duty and don't actually sit on a jury.

you can try calling if that doesnt work you can also try writing if you still have time between now and then. if your test is later in teh day like afternoon time you still might be able to make it of talk to your teacher and see if you can come in and redo the test most schools and jobs excuse someone because of jury duty i had it once before and was only there until like 11am or 12 i think
