I have a full time job in a public sector, I'm going to start a new part time job also in another company of public sector, so I'll be doing two jobs, the new job will be 15 hours a week and the salary they offer is starting at 11,782 prorata, plus london weighting for a minimum of 3,383 to a maximum of 5,638, so, I would like to know how much I would get, a full time post it's 37.5 Also I would like to know If I would get a proportion of the minimum because it's only 15 hours a week, or I would get at least the 3,383 even if it's part time, thanks

  1. I think you will get LWA

    Good luck

  2. The minimum to maximum figures you quote are based on your level on the spinal column point scale, but these figures are for a full time worker so depending on your pay scale you will get a pro rata portion of the London Weighting figure, you will get 15/37.5 of the full time amount for your pay scale. You are entitled to London Weighting in both jobs. Check your contract for your first job because for some grades the contracts forbid second jobs unless you have permission.

    Hope this helps.
