  1. No, you can not in most states.  Most programs leading to a principal licensure require three to five years of teaching experience before even applying.  Most school systems want to see ten years of teaching experience before they hire you.


  2. yes-as long as you have the approriate degrees (administrator)--

    but might be hard getting hired without school experience

  3. Not where I live.  PRINCIPALS must be have a master's degree in Instructional Leadership and pass the praxis.  Only individuals with present or past teaching experience are considered.

    Check into the regulations for your state.  Most states have requirements for administrators to meet for certification.  You'll need to have a good knowledge of all aspects of the education process, and most likely a degree in administration.
