Question:

Can I bite a women's multivitamin in half and just have half a day?

Or is it one of those things where it's useless if you don't take the whole thing. To eat a whole one makes me nauseous and I have to line up Saltine chasers :(

  1. Vitamins do not work on an empty stomach (which I am assuming you are trying to do). They pass right into your intestines and out with zero to very little being absorbed.

    Always take a vitamin mid-meal. Eat half of yoour food, take the vitamin with a glass of water and then finish eating. your problem should be solved (and more of the vitamins will be biologically available)


  2. what makes you feel like your going to vomit is the iron, cuting it in half will probably still make you feel sick. try taking it will a full meal like at dinner. you can take it any time of day. or if that doesnt help try chewable vitamins. thats what i take. if you cant find adult get childrens. we eat a lot of vitamins in our diets as long as your eating healty. and you dont have to take the vitamin EVERY day you can skip a day like take it every other day. good luck
