Can I block my phone number and name from coming up on someone's caller ID just for that one call?

*67 girl!! try it and no it doesnt cost money. all you do is tyoe *67 and then the phone number. you will come up no name no number or withheld.

Yes you can do all of the above and hide your id. It is free, but YOU CAN'T KEEP IT FROM SHOWING ON THEIR PHONE BILL. They may not see who is calling right way, but if they know the exact date and time, they can check on their phone bill, or even logging on their account online.

I don't know if it works the same way on every phone, probably doesn't, but where I live, we dial *67 before the call.
