It looks really good to me, but (and I know it sounds hokey), the only thing that matters is that you're comfortable, because the people that care aren't worth your attention.  Good luck!  And don't listen to all this c**p other people are giving you.

I like it, it's nice....Now your hair is the only problem....Because you are young try to cut your hair as short where you can get small spikes when you put gel....You will look handsome...And ohh yeah try to wear sandals not shoes....It's the summer and try to take advantage of it....If you do this you will look clean but casual.....Good luck!!!!!!

It's nice.  I like the shirt.  It is normal and casual, yet very creative-looking.

I would suggest a change in the shorts, though.  They look tacky, and maybe even nerdy (if worn on certain people).  You should get something like regular jeans, or if you are more comfortable in shorts, you could get a pair that were plaid or something.  Like any of these : http://www.target.com/b/ref=in_se_pageli...

I think you should grow your hair, straighten it out, and have it so that the bangs you have in the front aren't so cut evenly straight.  That would look nice on you.

And I don't think your phone really matters.  I don't think you could define a phone to be "cool".  At least you have one.  But yes, it is pretty decent and popular.  At least a fourth/fifth of my grade owns that particular cellphone.
