Can I breast feed if I am sick with a cold?

of coarse you can...are you taking any medication for the cold? if you are check with your doctor and make sure those medicines are okay when breastfeeding.

Yup, it's totally safe; it's actually good for her! She needs those antibodies from your breast milk: they will make her body stronger so she can fight off future colds, quicker =]

AND she was exposed to your cold even before you had symptoms; your cold is air-borne and has been in the air for up to 72 hrs. before you even noticed symptoms .. so she was exposed to it already.
