Question:

Can I bring 2 laptops on my flight from Heathrow airport ?

My old laptop was broken 2 months ago, and I've bought my new laptop for more than a month. The old laptop was originally bought from my country. I brought it to England. Now I plan to bring it back to my country, have it fixed and give it to my sister.

Would it be possible for me to bring both of the laptops on a flight ? My airline is Cathay Pacific. My flight is from London Heathrow to Vietnam, transit at Hong Kong.

Thanks in advance.

  1. Absolutely yes. They do not care about how many laptops you bring, however, remember that your laptops have to fit in the carry on (or carry ons)  that you bring aboard. I am assuming that you will not want to put in your laptop in a check in baggage.

I have done it myself without any hassles from Heathrow. They even have you open up the carry on bags. However, now, there is no requirement to put your laptops in a seperate tray while clearing security, so that will make it easier for you.

  2. Yes you can. It won't be an issue you at all. Stop stressing about pathetic small things.

  3. I brought my broken computer to the states, could not get it fixed, and brought it and a brand new machine back together. Aside from being heavier than all get out, there were no hassels. I am a foreigner however.
