Can I bring 3 oz. creame and other liquids on board?

I don't want the link for what I can bring on a plane and what I can't. I want to know if I can bring a 3 oz. bottle of creame in a plastic baggy along with a small bottle of anti-bacterial. I don't know if it's only 3 oz. and that's it or nothing in the bag can exceed 3 oz. Thank you.

Your cream must be in a 3oz or smaller container, it can't be in a 5oz container and only half full....3oz or smaller, also your anti-bacterial, must be in a 3oz container or smaller. These items must be put in a quart size plastic bag and given to tsa when passing through security. Hope that answers your question.
