Can I bring Australian cask wine into Northern Ireland?

I am going to visit Northern Ireland in June and want to know if I can bring in a couple of 4 litre casks of Aussie wine with me.

There is a limit on the amount of wine you can bring into Northern Ireland but You should be able to get through with that amount.

Customs is a joke in Ireland. I went there a couple of months ago and there was no customs. Just a one guy sitting at a customs desk sleeping.
