Can I bring CDs that are pirated overseas?

Will my pirated CDs be confiscated at the airport? I' am planning to bring my pirated CDs oversea but I' m not sure if they will take it away from me. My cousins said that if i wrap it as a gift they will not check /or open it. O, I will be moving to America. Please help me I will be traveling on Aug 7 2008.

well,you should not be doing that in the airport if you get caught,you would be going to prison.you could send or (ship but not good way) them from the country your in, by post and send them to america.
