Can I bring it in ZIP lock bag in my handbag in continental airlines while traveling to Mumbai to NEWARK.

put it in a plastic ziplock bag and you should be fine. Since you wear contacts, you need the solution for them. So they can't make you remove a product that your eyes are semi-dependent on.

120 ml is a little over 4 ounces.  The allowable size is 3 ounces.  You may not get away with that.  By the way, it doesn't matter what airline you are flying on.  The restrictions are under the jurisdiction of the TSA.
