Can I bring a blowdryer on the airplane?

I want to carry on my baggage since I have had bad experiences with check in baggages. Everything I packed is eligible of carrying on to the plane but I'm not sure about my blowdryer?

I'm not sure they'll probably think its a gun the way they are paranoid about EVERYTHING! Joking.

I would say that just pack it in your luggage and you'll be fine. I would say you could take it one the plane in handluggage (Not sure why you would) but just to be safe put it in luggage compartment luggage.
