  1. Yes you can.

    So long as the bouquet is...

    no more than 50 stems,

    shows no sign of disease or any bugs,

    is carried as part of your ordinary baggage, and

    is intended for personal use rather than trade (hence the limited number of stems) it's fine.

    You're even allowed to bring in a bunch of cut flowers from outside the EU (subject to the same limits).

  2. I don't see why not but you will only know for sure once you are at the airport, everything is changing day by day, you can-only but try.
