Can I bring my future wife to the UK?

Hi, I am currently a student and am 19 years old. I plan on getting married abroad in Iran in the near future to someone who is 3 years older than me. I have dual nationality (iranian and british). I would like to know if I could bring my wife with me to live in the UK.

I am supported by sutdent finance for my studies and work 2-3days a week. I live with my parents whilst not studying. I have a considerable amount of money in my bank accounts (~15000) We would be living with my parents or renting a house. She would also be working here.

Also would my wife be able to study at university in england and be supported by student finance? or would she have to pay for herself?

You might need to check British immigration policy, I do not know.
