Can I bring rolls of duct tape on a plane?

I'm flying to D.C. soon, and I make duct tape wallets.

I was thinking of bringing rolls of duct tape so I can make wallets to pass the time.

Would security allow this?

  1. now why on god's green earth do u need to take 2 rolls of DT?

    Is there not a Home Depot where ever it is that ur going that u can't do that! You could cause a big Rukus or not but if you must just PaCK them and that's THAT!


  2. not on your carry on luggage....

    you can put them in your check luggage. but probably you need to tell them that you're taking duct tape...

  3. They won't. Put them in your check-in luggage + be honest about it when you check in what they do with it from that point on is up2them they're in control you're a passenger

  4. Not smart.....buy them when you get there........Put it this way......if the guy I sat next to pulled out duct tape......I would take his @ss out........like now..........
