Can I buy a Flat in chennai?

I wish I could buy a Flat below 10-11 Lacs. Is it possible to buy a flat within chennai limits = (Tambaram - Mylapore - Ambattur).

10-11 Lacs? it is very difficult to get a Quarter ground of land in chennai for this money. I think atleast u need 20+ L to get a flat in chennai. May be you can try some old flats (10 yrs old) like that in tambaram areas
