Can I buy a France mobile SIM & use it in India? Wil I hav free incming calls from paris?

If my friend buys a card for 2 years validity and if he send it to india,can my french friends call me free of cost(as local to local is free in "france mobile") will I be charged for international roaming charges? if so,how much is the initial cost? I m now in

You'[ ll be charged a FORTUNE. Don't do it. it's not even worth looking into the costs - they are Very High.

Your friends calling from France will pay the usual mobile charges (ie included in their calling plan) but you will have to pay a massive excess charge for your incoming calls.
