I have a lot of video cassettes that will only play on a European PAL colour system

it's rare to find a T.V. which is strictly PAL. But notably, most T.V. now a -days are multi-system aside from multi-volts, which means, it can run either on PAL or NTSC.

its not only the TV that has to be able to display PAL but the VCR has to also be a PAL VCR. I'm sure you can get a PAL TV online somewhere.
