I hear the biggest problems with purchasing drugs in other countries is that you can't be assured that it is what you are thinking is in that pill and that should be a little scary.  Think about it, you don't have our FDA watching over this stuff.

I don't think your asking to save money either.  It sounds like you are not prescribed it in the first place.  That sounds like you are not getting it because you have ADHD.  Think twice before taking this drug.

Adderal is not currently sold in Mexico.  

If at some point it is sold here - or is already, it is unfortunately illegal to transport drugs across the border without a valid perscription.
