No- they don't even see well to begin with. They basically use their noses to sniff out their surroundings. Even if you could, they'd be better off without them.

I don't know but you could probably make them ( paper clip wire! and glass or plastic,better and safer and cheaper would be probably be plastic) that would be so cute!

Sure, take him to an opthamologist.  Maybe you can even get him laser surgery for his eyes.

No, they don't need glasses. Yes, hamsters can't see that well but they can make their way around using their nose. Besides, the glasses would fall off easily and there is a risk of the hamster eating them.
