Can I buy or build a v-rocker stand?

I bought 2 V-rocker, one of those gaming chairs that sits on the floor, for pretty cheap durng some crazy post-thanksgiving sale. They just sit on the floor and have built-in speakers, but later I saw some better model that had a base/stand on it that made it an actual chair.

This would be FAANTASTIC if I could add a base to my current handicapped v-rockers. Does anyone know if I can buy these separate? All of my efforts to google this have failed. It appears that they are manufactured in-house by Target.

If I can't buy one, is there anyone out there with the knowledge/experience to know how I would go about constructing one myself? The one I remember seeing was conical in shape.

You can try going to diy.com they have step by step instruction and also videos to help you out! O also check out ikea.com they have great prices on cheap furniture maybe you can buy a base for the chair or a low table and just anchor the chair right on it! Best of luck!
