Can I buy something from Ebay directly out of paypal?

I have money stored in my paypal account, can I pay directly out of that instead of using my credit card?

yes ...it depend what choice they provided the pay.....some yes some no...

You really don't have a choice.  Paypal uses whatever amount you have as a balance with them first, then if the amount you're paying exceeds the balance, then they'll ding your credit card/checking account.  Good luck.
