Can I get venus fly trap seeds at walmart or somewhere in the plant section?

Nope, at best you might be able to get pitcher plant seeds.  However, it's getting very late in the growing season and you probably won't find them.  You'd be better off trying to locate an online retailer to get them from.  Venus fly traps are also tough to get to grow from seed.
