  1. Sort of.  You can buy the FM Direct Adapter http://www.tss-radio.com/direct-adapter-... .  It connects "between" your FM antenna and your FM stereo, then connects to your Sirius receiver.  It basically "shuts off" the FM antenna when your Sirius receiver is turned on.
