I belong to a lot of yahoo groups. It's a pain in the patootie when I leave town and need to change them all to "web only" or "no email" so that I don't have hundreds of messages from them piling up in my inbox. Most of them aren't stuff I'll want to deal with while away. Is there a way to select all my groups at once to go "no email" or do I have to go in and edit my membership for each and every one when I leave and then again when I return? It takes forever!

  1. Maybe I'm wrong but I think you'll have to do it one by  one. Go to the group, click edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and untick where it says individual email then you can tick pick up your mesages at the site, receive a daily digest or no email. Click save changes.

  2. You can change them 10 groups at a time from here:  http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups?o=2&edi...  Scroll to the bottom of the page, and under the message delivery column, select no mail and save changes.  You can get to that page from My Groups, select edit my groups.
