Can I change job to another company while my I-140 and I-485 (Green Card Application) cases are pending?

To be specific, both applications were filed just a month

ago (Mid June, 2008) and the biometric has been done.

  1. Sure, of course the first thing your employer is going to do is withdraw the I-140 and you'll end up being sent home.

  2. Not recommended, since your employer can retreive or revoke I-140. Thought this site would be helpful for you
