Can I change my My YAHOO! picture?

yeah you can, you just have to add the picture.

Go to "My Profile". Click on "Edit My Info". Click on "Get my Yahoo 360 Account Now", create a Yahoo 360 account including your pictures by clicking on "browse" when you get to the part where it says "upload your photo" and choose the best pic out of your photos. Then, after you have created that account, click on "Use my Yahoo 360 picture". There ya go!
